Pricing & Payments
How are your prices determined?
Our prices are linked to the live market rates of gold and silver. We update our prices periodically throughout the day to reflect the latest market movements. The final price includes the metal cost, making charges (if applicable), and GST.
Why do prices change so frequently?
Gold and silver are commodities traded on global exchanges, so their prices fluctuate based on market conditions, demand, supply, currency exchange rates, and other economic factors. We update our prices in real-time to match these market changes.
What payment methods do you accept?

Do you ship across India?
Yes! We ship to most pincodes across India through trusted logistics partners. For remote locations, delivery may take a few extra days.
Is my shipment insured?
100% yes! All our shipments are fully insured from our warehouse to your delivery address. In the unlikely event of loss or damage during transit, you will be fully compensated.
Do I need to show ID at the time of delivery?
For security reasons, we require an adult (18+) with a valid government-issued photo ID (Aadhaar, PAN, Passport, Driving License) to accept and sign for the delivery.
Returns & Refunds
Can I return or exchange a product?

How do I cancel my order?
You can cancel your order before it is dispatched. Once an order is dispatched, cancellation may not be possible. Please contact our customer support team immediately if you need to cancel your order.
When will I get my refund?
If your refund is approved, it will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method. The exact timeline may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
KYC & Account
Do I need to complete KYC to buy?
For orders below a certain value, KYC may not be mandatory. However, for high-value orders, we require KYC documentation as per regulatory guidelines. We will inform you if KYC is required during checkout.
What KYC documents do you accept?
We accept Aadhaar Card, PAN Card, Passport, Voter ID, or Driving License as valid KYC documents.
Is my personal and KYC information safe?

Buyback & Resale
Do you offer buyback of products?
Yes! We offer buyback for products purchased from DG Gold. The buyback price is based on the prevailing market rate at the time of buyback, minus nominal processing charges. Please contact us for more details.
What is the process for selling back to DG Gold?
To sell back your product, please contact our customer support team. We will guide you through the verification and valuation process. Once verified and valued, the payment will be made to your bank account within 24-48 hours.
